Single click will toggle; repeat off, repeat all, repeat single, ...

DSTM has no enable/disable setting - only disable, or select a setting.
So cant just toggle DSTM on/off. If I could, then single clicks all the
way would be the preferred option. Therefore to enable DSTM you need to
long-press on the repeat-off icon (as you need to select the DSTM mode
=> a dialog is shown). Therefore, it makes sense that to back out of
this mode (i.e. turn repeat back on), that a long press should be used.
Single-click allows the dialog to be shown an DSTM completely disabled.
