Thanks for that. Looking at the response, the issue (for Material) is
that you have set 'type' to 'weblink' whereas Material expects the URL
to be *in* weblink.
That's correct.
@Michael - is "type:weblink" correct? Should Material handle that, and
just open the actions.go.params.url ?
No, it's as you said: weblink => 'http...'
And yes, a file URL most likely will NOT work, as browsers afaik are not
allowed to open these from a page served over http. Otherwise any site
could create a link to file://c:/path/to/format.exe
