Musicbee can export playlists in a way that LMS can read:
In preferences, point the storage location for explored playlists to
your Logitech playlist folder. 
Use filetype M3U.
Tick "use relative file path".
Tick "use unix path convention".
When creating a playlist in MB be sure to tick "export a static copy".
