Hi This plug-in sounds extremely interesting - I'd love to have something like this running on an old laptop for parties etc.
I tried running it on Vista and received the exception error as listed at the start of the thread. I installed DirectX as per the readme URL and that error went away - to be replaced by "Cannot connect to SC ... check config & CLI port is open" etc. I disabled the firewall temporarily with no luck. Otherwise I've no idea what else to edit in the config.ini.
