Believe me: these two plugins won't make your SC crash. Just remove them to see it doesn't help. What I'm seeing from the logs is that your mysql has died away for some reason. When you say you did a "fresh install", did you remove anything SC/SS related before the install? Have you been using SS6.5 before? > I tried with only those plugins installed, and the same thing > happened. You best get it first running without _any_ 3rd party plugin. Once this is scanning fine and everything. Add them back.
