So, I think I'm getting close to a RC1 version of this plugin. One
problem that I'm having is that I don't know how to contact Adrian, the
original author. He originally released this under the GPL license.
Looking at iPeng, I see that Joerg & Erland have opted to release their
skin/plugin under the LGPL. Quoting from iPeng's readme:

Code:
--------------------
    -_Why_LGPL_and_not_GPL?_
iPeng is just a module using other copyrighted material, most notably
SqueezeCenter and its components. Some of this material is being published
under different licenses than GPL so iPeng cannot be made into a working
software under the GPL, especially not GPL 3.-
--------------------

So..I have a couple of questions that perhaps someone here can answer
(or at least comment on..)

1). Does Adrian's 2007 copyright apply to this derivative work?
2). Can I release this derivative version under the LGPL if the
progenitor work was GPL released?
3). Are there other aspects of open source / free software protocol in
releasing a derivative work that I'm missing / clueless of here?
4). Should I be worrying about this at all?

I'd appreciate any advice you folks can give me. Thanks.
