Changes since last update: Idle player watchdog now checks to see if SC is scanning..preventing a shutdown/suspend/etc. during a scan. SrvrPowerCtrl Prefs are reset to defaults when upgrading to a new version of the plugin. Make sure you backup your prefs if are using non-standard cmd lines for the shutdown & etc. commands. Acknowledgments and licensing text updated. Please let me know if I've committed any open source etiquette sins. Big code refactor: I've tried to segregate sections of the code into relevant modules.
