I rang Plusnet and they said I should use something called WireShark (available from their web site) to capture packet information and then open and issue and send them the logs. I haven't had time to do that yet. The BBC wma streams seem much better but I do get the occasional "lost connection" where I just have to restart the stream to get any joy. We have Nildram ADSL at work and I listened to radio 4 for two hours yesterday, and no stutters at all. If you like conspiracy theories, PlusNet were the first ISP to report that the BBC iPlayer had increased their bandwidth usage a lot (but on the other hand we pay for bandwidth why should this matter to them?). Newnet (who I used to be with, say they do no shaping/throttling at all).
