I already have a NAS that supports a direct software package from the
NAS provider that worked VERY easily...  It also supports a 3rd party
slim server plug in which gives you more options to upgrade when SC is
upgraded without waiting for the NAS company to do that, however is
more technical to install..

i have tried the version that comes with the NAS (synology CS407 - is a
very good NAS all round) and am happy so far.  Unfortunately my duet
controller is faulty, and i have to send it back and wait up to 2 weeks
- so there goes the bank holiday weekend of birthday fun i had planned
:-(
