Hi, I tried to use waveinput a while back but had to give in as I could only get the input from my webcam's microphone through squeezebox. However, now that I have started to use Spotify, waveinput is a must-have plugin!
I have just installed the lastest version for Squeezecenter 7.3.2 and once again, I am hearing my webcam's microphone through squeezebox. I have been into XP's audio setup from control panel and everything appears to be correct. I have no problem recording on the PC in general. I have searched and found the instructions for determining the order of audio devices and am given this: C:\PROGRA~1\SlimServer\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread>wavin2cmd.exe -l "SB Audigy 2 Audio [FF40]" "Modem #1 Line Record" "Modem #3 Line Record" "VideoMate BDA Audio Capture" "Logitech Mic (Communicate STX)" I believe that this is how it should be, so why am I hearing the Webcam's microphone? I have no other microphones plugged in and I have "What u Hear" selected as my recording input (from the soundcard mixer). Any ideas as to what could be going wrong?
