The first four blocks are metadata so they need to be removed from the second rep before adding it to the end of the first. Also, the third (or fourth) block is the number of pairs of numbers that appear after the metadata so the value needs doubling. All values are hex. You should be able to see what I mean by comparing your original codes with my tweaked ones. I did have a concern that by doubling-up it may have made the command line too long when I call the c program the talks to the ir emitter driver but that limit (if there is one) doesn't appear to have been reached yet.
