There is a PDF of a manual you can download from Apple's website. It wasn't very helpful, but it's there. Regarding the playlist, now I see why I was confused. Ugh. Now I understand that you just hit play on the song in the playlist to start with. Where I was confused is that on the "now playing" screen, if you hit the list icon in the top right corner, it only shows songs from the album of the currently playing song, not the entire playlist. However, on the "now playing" screen, you can see it is playing "1 of xxxx" and if you look at the playlist, you see all of the songs and what is currently playing. Wow that's hideous! At least now I know how it works! Thanks so much for giving me the missing piece.
