The process should be:
1. Goto SBS Settigs/Plugin
2. Check the "Show all 3rd party plugins" checkbox at the bottom, you
probably already have this checked as "Custom Browse" isn't shown
without it.
3. Check "Custom Browse" and hit apply
4. You will get a popup that the server wants to restart, click OK to
let it restart
5. You will get a popup that says that the server is restarting and it
might take a while, wait a few minutes until the server has restarted.
6. After a while the server is restarted and the plugin should now
work. You should see it as checked in SBS Settigns/Plugins and you
should be able to access its settings.

You can try closing the web browser between 5 and 6 in case there is
some cache causing issues.

You don't need to setup any additional repositories to install Custom
Browse, checking the "Show all 3rd party plugins" checkbox should be
enough to make it show up in the list.

I recommend people to install through SBS Settings/Plugins because some
versions of Windows contains a bug in the built-in zip tool which cause
it to unzip the distributed files incorrectly, only half of the zip was
unzipped if I remember correctly and you got some errors when unzipping.
This problem does not exist if you install through SBS
Settings/Plugins.

If you have a manually installed "Custom Browse", you need to remove
that and restart SBS before you can install in through SBS
Settings/Plugins.
