Erland, thanks for trying to help. Well, your steps 1-5 are exactly what Ive been doing. But the process never leads to step 6. The checkbox next to CustomBrowse is never filled after the restart. As I indicated in an earlier post, the CustomBrowse checkbox has been moved up into a category called Updated plugins available and the version number shown as needing to be downloaded is 2.10.3296. I check this box and hit apply. Then I go through your steps 4 and 5. But heres what happens next:
Just after SBS restarts itself I see a very brief pop up window flash by much too quickly to read. Then the CustomBrowse checkbox remains exactly where it was under the Updated plugins available section unchecked! Based on your last post, I cleared out my browser cache and tried again. It did not help. Everthing went as before. Any other ideas?
