The Lame installation I used had both lame.exe and a dll - I have no idea why. It's hard for those of us who don't really understand quite what is going on to understand precisely what is needed. There are many lame.exe versions about, including several on the rarewares site, I've no idea what works with Whitebear and what doesn't. Some have an additional dll, some don't. I don't know if the exe requires the dll or not.
