1). At Roger the Shrubber's suggestion, added a 'softblock' option. If a
block
file is created which contins just the phrase 'softblock', then the block file
is visible only to the System-Idle and End-Of-Day monitors. This allows you
to block the idle monitors without blocking user menu initiated actions.
