As to WHY, the most likely causes are:

1). The system idle monitor is still operating and for whatever reason,
it's seeing the system as idle and the time-out period as elapsed.

--or--

2). Demonic possession.

I suggest we exhaust the possibilities of cause #1 before moving on to
cause #2.

If you could make sure you've updated to the latest version and set
SrvrPowerCtrl's logging level to debug, I'm sure we'll get to the
bottom of this.

The latest version lets you see a filtered view of the server log with
just SrvrPowerCtrl entries at:

http://sbs_server_ip:9000/plugins/SrvrPowerCtrl/html/loginfo.html

It's helpful to restart sbs after setting the SrvrPowerCtrl logging
level to debug.  At the debug level, SrvrPowerCtrl logs all its prefs
settings on startup.
