I don't think it's possible currently, but I can add a new "Recently
added song" skipping filter to Dynamic Playlist in next release. In
that case, it will skip the exact same music file if it appears more
often than the number of configured songs. I don't want to make it
complex and look at artist+title, instead I'll just look at the path to
the music file.
If you don't want to repeat the same song at all until all songs have
been played, you can use the "Do not repeat tracks within same
playlist" option in the configuration for the specific SQL Playlist
playlist.
