I always use the "Do not repeat tracks within same playlist" option. If a song is already played I have no interest in hearing it again even if 50, 100 or 1000 tracks have passed since. Now I use your skip by recently added artist filter set to 50 songs between (maximum, right?). This pretty much does it, but - after 3 hours the same song could be added to the playlist, not the same file since I've set it not to be repeated but as a different file since the artist is available for the list again... (When could this possibly be a problem you may ask.
