Yes, it wouldn't work as you expect, the "Do not repeat tracks within
same playlist" option already handles the issue with the same file in
your scenario.
I could add a skipping filter for tracks with same title in next
Dynamic Playlist release but I don't want to make it complicated and
also involve artist. However, I suspect only looking at the track title
won't work correctly as it will skip too much, tracks with same title
but different artists will be skipped too.
If you know some development, you can implement your own skipping
filter plugin that hooks into Custom Skip that does exactly what you
want. Do you know some development so you think you can write your own
small perl plugin ? If you do, let me know and I'll provide some more
information about the API's.
