It would make it possible to skip the same file during the next 100
tracks, compared to the "Do not repeat tracks within same playlist"
which will skip the same track for the whole playlist.

I'm not completely sure I understand what you are looking for.
Do you have a lot of duplicate songs in your library due to compilation
albums that partly contains the same tracks and want to make sure these
tracks (which are different files but same song) aren't repeated ?
Do you plan to skip it for the whole playlist or just during the next
50 tracks or something similar ?
