1). Added support for "hidden" custom commands. If a custom command's label
begins with a ".", then the command will be hidden on player and the web
menus, but the command will be available as an action item in the settings.
Example: label: ".Hidden Command" command: "cli://tracks 0 500 new"
2). If a custom command whose label == ".autoexec" exists, that command will
be
executed on plugin startup, i.e. when SBS first starts. The ".autoexec"
custom command gets executed 30 seconds after the "On Wakeup: Seconds to
wait before trying to restore" value. I.e. the ".autoexec" command will be
executed AFTER players are fetched back from mysb.com and after syncgroups
have been reestablished.
