I went through a range of checks on my PC (easily powerful enough - it ships out 24/96 PCM files with no problem), security software (including disabling it), using MP3, etc. The only thing that would make wavin work on my PC with my Touch was using PCM. I had, on occasion, 2 minute delays between the source and the Touch playing. The data seemed to go out to the Touch (according to the logs) but it didn't play for a long time. All I know for sure is that something very strange can happen with wavin. So I have a system that works, but have no idea of the cause of the original problem. This nags at my brain, but I try to ignore it as much as I can. rrand may have a less than perfect network, but it isn't obvious to me why it only affects wavin. No matter, if improving the network fixes it, then fine. -- PasTim ------------------------------------------------------------------------ PasTim's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=41642 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=35718 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
