Foobar does it, so do the Squeezeboxes I use (SB 2, Classic and Boom). If it's any relief, iSub has identical problems handling them gaplessly but in that case Subsonic comes to the rescue, allowing me to decide freely how to transcode (and Vorbis is natively gapless and plays back so).
