Please try to do a "Clear & Rescan" of your music library. Better still: if you are running the server on a Mac or Windows use the control panel to also delete the artwork cache (there's a server control panel menu item for that). I looks like the artwork thumbnails aren't being created. The "Now Playing" screen uses the full artwork so should usually work even if the server-side thumbnail creation fails.
