I'm struggling to get bpa's plugin up and running as well. I've put ffmpeg.exe and lame.exe in the same folder as faad and sox. Under 'file types' for Apple HLS m3u8 I have ffmpeg for FLAC and PCM and ffmpeg/lame for MP3. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. When I try to play the URL for R3 the stream is recognised as HLS but there is no audio and the counter resets to zero after four seconds. My hunch is that it is something to do with ffmpeg or lame, but I don't know how to verify that. What can I try next?
