For me, the Mac folder was /usr/bin. Here's what I did: 1. From Finder menu, select File/New Finder window 2. Select Go/Go to folder 3. Type /usr/bin in window and enter your system password when asked 4. Unzip ffmpeg binary 5. Copy ffmpeg binary to /usr/bin folder and enter your system password when asked. Then continue from step 2 in the Linux installation instructions (post #2). (Just substitute /usr/local/bin if that's your bin folder.) Many thanks to BPA for his hard work on this.
