I haven't written any C for 20 or more years, nor ever any Perl. Applying patches, especially when the replacement files are provided, can't be too hard for someone who understand some code. I can't write Perl to save my life, but I can do what I'm told (that's not what SWMBO says, but I believe I do!).

Minimserver (server) & upplay (control point) to same renderers & to upmpdcli/mpd PC renderers. Squeezelite to Meridian USB Explorer DAC to speakers/phones. Wireless Xubuntu 14.04 laptop with firefox/upplay or Android 'phone with Squeeze-Commander/BubbleUPnP controls LMS/Minimserver.
