Hi Yes - very much in the UK. The only reason for this non-uk issue is that although the Azure data centre is in Dublin (which itself might cause problems), you get an public IP address allocated from pools which contain IP addresses registered pretty much everywhere - so it can look like you're in Brazil quite often. Through trial and error and use of the capability called Reserved IP, I managed to get an IP address which reports in the UK, but it seems like whatever method BBC uses still doesn't like it for some reason. No idea why as everything else I've tried sees it as a UK address.
