Very likely on Windows a firewall issue. Run once the squeeze2upnp-win and squeeze2cast-win from the plugin directory directly. it should ask for permission, then it should work permanently LMS 7.7.5 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
