Live radio is split into segment and segment is based on epoch time.
When playing a live stream the plugin should only try to get segment up
to about 30 secs before "live" time. The log is showing lots of 404s
which indicates that the plugin is trying to get segment ahead of time
(i.e not available yet).
One of the last segment being requested by the plugin is segment
226676899 which is 15-12-21 21:09:13 GMT
The update DASH.pm was supposed to ensure that requests later than
"live" time never get sent. Can you double check the size of the
DASH.pm file in the BBCiplayer directory and that LMS was stopped and
restarted.
