Yes, it should be on there. It won't be listed in the installer splash screen, though; you have to use Windows Explorer to browser to the Homesite directory on the CD. If memory serves me correctly, there is a setup.exe or some other such installer file in that directory. If you install the version from the older MX cd, Macromedia has updates for that version available to bring it up to version 5.5
