"I'll listen," Derek told following her in. "I'm just not making any
promises." How many computer hackers did they really need anyway? "What
exactly are we looking for?" When he did go shopping, he usually knew what
he was looking for got it and left. He knew it didn't work that way with
either Julia or Alex, but it was at least worth a try.

Julia pointed in the direction she saw jeans, shirts and such were in and
chuckled at his expression before slipping her arm into his and 'tugging'
him with her "Come on, you chicken. Fight the forces of darkness and get
intimidated by a little shopping."

She made quick timing at going through and picking a pair of black jeans,
matching turtleneck, pair of black ankle boots with thick heels but not high
and a leather jacket that resembled Derek's but had more of a sweeping tail
effect.

She was already picking out the agreed upon second outfit and dressed in the
first one with the tags in hand for the saleslady to ring up when she
suddenly stopped and blinked before looking around slowly, her blue gaze
sweeping the isles nearby before settling on a little girl that was being
pushed around in a chair.

"Hold this, would you?" she asked Derek as she set the jeans and shirt she
had picked in his arms and started toward the child.
