The precept was shocked that she gave in so easily. That wasn't like her.
He was tempted to check her temperature again, but didn't want to push his
luck. He didn't really want to relent about the driving. She was acting
strangely which meant she wasn't 100% and shouldn't be driving, not to
mention he had always felt same way about her driving as he did about
Nick's, well maybe not quite as bad, but still. "It better stay 'nice'," he
told her, in tone that said he was relenting, but against his better
judgment. He happened to like his SUV, the way it was, undented and in one
piece.

Julia called up the address and made a hard copy of the credit card she
would need to access funds and then stood "Give me enough time to change and
I'll meet you downstairs."
Then she picked up the dishes and waved at Lani "I'll get with you later
about the accesses if that's alright and nice to meet you."
With that she left, heading first for the kitchen to put the dishes in the
sink and then back to her room to change. From there she went by Rachel's
room, saw them still resting and let Patrick know what was going on and then
down the stairs she went, hoping Derek didn't take too long.
