Kat tore her gaze away from the bird habit, she was barely even noticing the
actual birds and instead had been staring at a rock on the far side.   There
were lots of things on her mind, but she wasn't sure she wanted to talk
about any of them.  "Nothing's wrong," she said meekly not sounding as
though the words had any conviction at all.

Ingrid looked at her expression before admitting gently "I won't push, Kat,
but you must know that it is my job to know when someone needs to talk about
something and to listen."

"Just," she shrugged lightly, gaze kind "let me know if you want to talk.
I'll listen and maybe even be able to offer an answer if you need one."
