Derek:
"Yes of course that would be fine," Derek agreed readily. He noticed how
tense Julia seemed and wanted to take her aside and ask if she was all
right, but couldn't think of a suitable excuse to leave at the moment. He
was rather relieved not to have the job of showing Sam around on his own.
Though, she seemed to be a bit subdued this afternoon.
Sam:
Sam was slightly irritated, but didn't let this ruffle her. She hadn't
asked Julia, but the woman just had to jump right in. However, she decided
to take it gracefully. "Do you two do Yoga," she asked Derek and Ingrid.
Derek:
"No," he said, "I prefer marshall arts training to that." Meditation was
meditation it really didn't matter which form you used.
Sam:
"Really, now that's very interesting. I wouldn't have expected that
either."
Kat:
Kat watched all of this with great curiosity. "I guess it might be fun,"
she said, but she wasn't so sure. She thought have Nick teach her Karate
would be a lot more fun.
