Sam:
Sam hugged her friend back and sighed sliding off the hood of the car.  "I
really don't give a damn aboutyour meat loaf," she grumbled mopping her face
with the back of her hand as a few stray tears escaped her eyes.  "You don't
play fiar," she informed her friend.

She did not want to go back, not one bit.  But she did follow Reese back
into the restaurant.  Kat smiled at her when she saw her coming and Sam
managed to smile back and to hold her head high.
