Derek gazed down at are a smile touching his lips. "Are you trying to tell
me that I frighten Kat?" Actually, if that was enough to keep her from
misbehaving than he wasn't so sure he had a problem with it. However, he
did love the little girl and didn't want her to actually be afraid of him,
but he rather liked the idea of her being afraid of his temper. Though that
hadn't seemed to help as of yet, so perhaps it wasn't the case. He looked
down at the trunk at the foor of his bed curiously. "What is it? Not the
trunk, what you want me to see," he added.
