Kat's face lit up brightly.  "Really?  Wow!  Cool!"  She hugged him
impulsively.  "How come you didn't tell me before?"

"We didn't know until a few minutes ago ourselves," Derek told her returning
her hug a bit awkwardly.

"Derek," Julia suggested, looking at Rachel to see if it was all right with
her as well and getting a grin in response "We could really use a flower
girl.."
