Amber was glad Kristin had spoken up, but she wasn't
very happy with the subject she'd chosen. She had
wanted to have a conversation with Kristin, alone,
about it.
"She's, uh, well, no, she's not angry. She's been
rather... absent-minded lately." She knew people
would want her to elaborate, but she really didn't
feel comfortable going into more details about it in
the middle of a restaurant, in the middle of a wedding
dinner, none the less.
