  Amber looked up at Kristin.  "So, you think whatever
happens or doesn't happen for me here is my fault?" 
Then, realizing she was taking what Kristin had said
the wrong way, and that her response came out sounding
hostile, she softly added, "Sorry, that came out
wrong."  She also knew that what Kristin was saying
was the truth;  that she WAS responsible for how
things went here, and that scared her.
