"There are procedures for investigating these sorts of charges. You can't
just go barging in there, it could be dangerous. Though I have a hard time
believing Jane would ever do such a thing to anyone. These accusations much
be investigated and not by you, you're too close to it."
Julia looked at Derek for a moment, taking a drink of her milk after
finishing the sandwich and sliding it over to Amber with a slight wink and
motion for her to eat. The possibility that it could have been something
other than the woman they all knew still held up but frankly, considering
Kristin had a more one on one personal relationship with Jane, chances were
she would be the one to tell whether it was, in fact, a true charge or if
something else were afoot.
Thing was, it wasn't her place to point that out to Derek. Not Legacy-wise.
