Julia motioned for Amber to sit down, at the same time making her a sandwich
and motioning for Derek to pass the pitcher of tea left for them so she
could serve her a glass, even as she answered Nick "Well that or a
shapeshifter, a doppleganger, a succubus, a wraith... or her being
possessed. There's a number of possibilities. If the database wasn't wiped
the security upgrade will have a load of different.... "
"That was my next guess." Nick drawled humorously before taking a long drink
of his tea and chuckling, getting back to finishing off his sandwich.
"And look at you," he couldn't help but tease "Already mothering and haven't
even had the kid yet."
