See the description of both groups: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/power-pro http://groups.yahoo.com/group/powerpro-beginners There is a link to gmane archive of the mailing list. Do some searches with their much-better-than-yahoo search. Should get you to our previous discussions. > > What happens when the powerpro command does a commandline launch > of ie? I originally thought you were executing the command: http://www.google.com Or opening a .url/.lnk file from powerpro that was using an internal windows mechanism to open ie and goto the net. I was going to suggest do something like: Pathto\iexplore.exe pathto\file.url >From anywhere in powerpro. However, it sounds like you launched ie from powerpro. It's not usually the case, but I could see the possibility that your firewall program is watching who launches what program, and remembers. When a program then tries to goto the internet, the firewall is showing that it was tracking that. Spyware and virii will launch other programs (you've already authorized to go thru the firewall) to connect to the internet to bypass other firewalls. Sounds like yours is smarter (which one is it?) > > Solo icons are already horizontally and vertically centered > automatically. > > Sorry, I should have said "buttons" instead of "icons". Set the commandlist properties: same size (set first item in the commandlist to the appropriate width) or bar size from sum of buttons. That's about all the functions I can think of atm. > And I have two new questions: > 1) Can I change the background color of a bar with a command or > script? > 2) Is it possible to clone a whole command list with all settings? There isn't a 1-click function like cloning items. You can however export the commandlist to an .ini file, change the name of the commandlist with a text editor (so it won't just overwrite the existing command list on import), and re-import the commandlist.
