It should be. powerpro/ppBangTwice through runaswait is really
triggered in target user's account, but, then it searches currently
running powerpro and if it exists it hands over the command to the
currently running PP. So, after all, the command, Note Open in this
case, is executed by currently running PP, i.e., in current user's
account.
