Is that a design choice of powerpro/ppBangTwice? Could it be changed?
On my system process explorer shows 2 instances of powerpro.exe running, one in the current user's
account and one in the target user's account. They look well separated to me.
I don't see why the command line should be handed to the current user's powerpro when the process is
running in the target user's space and there is a powerpro.exe running there.
