[power-pro] [OY] File reads unoptimised? (Was Re: PP as a network interface monitoring tool)

Just want to add something.
I've started Process Monitor to see what happens under the hood.
It looks like PowerPro reads script files in blocks of 1 byte. Not a 
big deal, and probably would make no significant difference but maybe 
it could be optimised?
