I think you are right about the rc file. I didn't have it when compiling the 
32-bit version yet it shows up there and works. Therefore logic would state it 
does not matter.

I rechecked everything on the x64 env and verified that I have PproLog 
statements in the dllmain and the dllgetclassobject functions. Still no 
ctx_debug.txt file is getting created.

Therefore I assume like you that the problem is likely the registry somewhere. 
I am clueless though as to where since there is very little powerpro related 
under HKLM.
