Fire up Zterm and type atz and hit the return key. If you get 'ok' and the prompt back the modem is working, allegedly. type at&F0 This should set your modem to factory defaults. (see: http://manuals.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Manuals/other/ATCommands.PDF ) type atdt nnnnnnn where nnnnnnn is the phone number you're dialing. What happens?
