Hi Just for the people that were interested i got a total of 4hours and 35mins use from the fully charged 3400 li-ion battery, in my 190cs. It even give me a low battery warning ( then literally 2 seconds before it shut down). All the time i was useing the Mac i kept the screen on 256 colours and let the disk spin down on its own out of that time the Mac was asleep for 15 mins whilst i had lunch and it was used for email, web browseing, word docs, viewing some pictures from a disc,and playing solitaire. i did not have the ac adapter connected and when i put the battery back in my 3400 it started to charge ok and has taken a full charge.
